QC Tech Days

 

Starting Wages $ 17.25 to $ 18.25

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledgeable in inspections and testing methods, with strong attention to detail
  • Have basic math skills; add subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
  • Operate various laboratory equipment as required
  • Collect product conformity data and address nonconformance and quality challenges
  • Perform quality checks by testing for titrations, oil, and moistures
  • Maintenance of quality inspection documents
  • Ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 5 pounds and occasional move up to 25-60 pounds
  • Ability to frequently be walking or moving from area to area.
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Ability to leverage relationships and knowledge to resolve issues
  • Works well in a fast paced environment and demonstrates a sense of urgency
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prompt, dependable, consistently with good attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability top add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, and precentage.
  • Abiltiy to operate various laboratory equipment as required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
