ABOUT SENECA FOODS

Seneca Foods is a leading provider of packaged fruits and vegetables, sourcing produce from over 1,600 American farms. Since 1949 we have been committed to providing safe, delicious and healthy food products at an affordable price. We supply large foodservice vendors, almost every US retailer, and we export to over 90 countries. Our products are sold under many private labels and nationally recognized brands such as Libby’s®, Aunt Nellie’s®, Green Valley®, CherryMan®, READ®, and Seneca®.

We employ more than 3,000 year-round and up to 7,000 seasonally in 30 locations across America, supporting our business at many levels. We have employees involved with agricultural research, seed production, and growing relationships with farmers in the field. Our employees on the plant floor work in areas such as quality assurance, maintenance, distribution, and operations management. Our corporate employees also have many different roles that strategically support the business.

Seneca's highly qualified and dedicated employees are key to our leadership position in the industry. We strive to attract and maintain a workforce that enriches our team and supports our responsibility to customers and the community.

Our conservative financial approach and commitment to business sustainability helps to provide value through tangible results for shareholders and customers. Company acquisitions and capital investment in technology for our state-of-the-art facilities deliver value to all who are involved.

Seneca Foods is a publicly traded company with $1.3 billion in sales during FY 2020. Our common stock trades on the Nasdaq Global Stock Market under the symbols “SENEA” and “SENEB”. SENEA is included in the S&P SmallCap 600, Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indices.

They have positively impacted our employees and often the environment with reductions in waste. The two key programs are GROWS (Get Rid of Waste Systematically) and SAVES (Seneca Adding Value Employee System).
