Resolves HR/Payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Provides HR/Payroll information by answering questions and requests. Maintains HRIS operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Maintains employee confidence and protects HR/Payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

 

 Essential Functions

  • Interfaces and provides system support to HR/Payroll or Human Capital Management (HCM) SAP users
  • Managing/processing payroll
  • Coordination of the daily flow of HR/Payroll/HCM related information
  • Standard and ad hoc report generation
  • Timely and accurate reporting and payment of all payroll taxes; processing Federal, State and Local payments in a deadline driven environment
  • Assist with SAP HR/Payroll/HCM system testing

Qualifications

  • Operational knowledge of software including report generation and manipulation skills.
  •  Statistical and quantitative along with analytic and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and Local tax deposit frequencies and tax returns
  • Working knowledge of all payroll tax returns and due dates
