Essential Job Functions: Maintain and repair equipement and buildings.  PM maintenance and repairs of FMC and JBT cooker and cooking shells.

Responsibilities: Supervise equipement operations. Inspect, repair and maintain machinery, and equipment throughout the facility.

• Inspect, repair and maintain the continuous cookers.
• Troubleshoot, repair and replace defective machinery.
• Maitain accurate records of work performed and meter readings as needed.
• Design, fabricate, weld and install equipment as required.
• Maintain adequate supply of parts for department.
• Assist in training junior mechanics.

Experience: Welding (TIG & MIG) for Stainless and Mild stell, fabrication, plumbing, and project management skills. Supervisory skills and esperience working with FMC or JBT continuous cookers preferred.
