Inventory Control Clerk

Responsible for scheduling lines based on customer orders or interplant transfers. Maintains records of label line and production work tasks throughout off- and on-pack seasons. Works with customer service ensuring orders are completed/shipped on time. Communicates with shipping/receiving clerk ensuring order readiness and accounting is completed accurately. Process daily, weekly, and monthly reports for both production and labeling completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manages inventory system for needed quantities of DM, WIP, and finished goods.
- Works with customer service representatives and shipping/receiving for ship dates and availability.
- Communciates schedule updates to label line crews and forklift drivers.
- Run daily inventory reports of previous day's production/labeling completions.
- Conducts GEM/SAP reconciliation reports.
- Documents and retains redesigned/newly design labels.
- Other duties as required and assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Requires between one (1) to three (3) months of previous relevant experience.
- Requires a minimum of a High School Education or equivalent.
- Requires to have a good written and communications skills.
- Requires the use of judgment to plan, perform and make decisions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, computer, interpersonal and telephone skills.
