Beet Color Technician

Seneca Foods in Clyman, Wisconsin is currently seeking a Beet Color Technician to join our team.  Seneca Foods offers an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off and much more!  Help us make our Farm Fresh Goodness Great!  The employee is responsible for operation of the beet color equipment and any associated duties with beet color production. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor and document all aspects of equipment operation.
• Perform, monitor and document all aspects of sanitation for equipment. Pull product samples as needed.
• Work with Quality staff and make adjustments to equipment to ensure product quality.
• Perform and maintain record keeping on line.
• Perform any necessary maintenance to the beet color equipment.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• To have knowledge in computers and Microsoft programs.
• To have basic math skills.
• To be very detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• To be able to communicate verbally and in writing with other employees and Management/Supervision.
• To pass an initial aptitude test provided by the company.
• High School Education or equivalent.
